The facility is excellent, and the staff is both friendly and helpful. They work tirelessly to ensure that the locker and shower rooms are well stocked with the necessary supplies. The classes are fantastic, especially the water workout. I plan to try other classes as well. Thank you to Bill, the water workout instructor, and David, the membership director!

Excellent facilities. Great place to relax, sauna, steam room, and a tv with some sports on in the locker room. Super clean. Staff are friendly.

This is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been a member of—and that’s largely thanks to the incredible staff. Everyone, from the front desk to the locker rooms, is friendly and professional. I want to give a special shoutout to Gosia, one of the swim instructors. Her sessions are not only fun but also thoughtfully personalized. She tailors each workout to your needs, helping you build a consistent routine and steadily improve your skills, all within an encouraging and supportive environment. I can’t recommend her enough!
